Honestly nothing too much trouble. Functional place with very polite stuff and free wi-fi.

Every detail was spotless and I enjoyed it. The staff was lovely and good all the time. I was offered a free breakfast with the unusual sandwiches like noodle sandwich.

The location was perfect and nice, convenient to visit Tsukiji outer market with easy access to a market and convenience stores.

The staff was very very helpful and patient, they were always available. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, near Shinjuku station and lots of restaurants and shopping and South East Exit of JR Shinjuku, thoroughly enjoyed this place. We had goodies and coffee at Hawaiian Pancake Factory, it was located close to the venue.

Spotlessly clean and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. The location was great, just next door to great food places to shop and eat, coach station and Golden Gai. I was very happy with the relaxing room, that was complete with free drinks. Everything was very good, I loved that.

I had a warm room in this clean hotel. The location was marvellous and awesome, just next door to everything-food, shopping, transportation hub, Golden Gai and lots of restaurants. Shinjuku Ward district was worth visiting

The venue was set in the very central position just off all the bars, restaurants and nightlife that Shinjuku has to offer, nearest convenience store and Shinjuku station and the center of Shinjuku. Found Dancing Crab Tokyu with perfect drinks 200 metres away. I liked that the food for breakfast was savoury.

I didn't find lift, so was a little disappointed.

It had very central location close to The Eye of Shinjuku. And it was also near great food places to shop and coach station and anywhere in-and-around Tokyo.

Booked the hotel for its unbeatable and absolutely incredible location close enough to shops. Moreover, it was at walking distance from a Shinto shrine.

We had a fantastic stay at a capsule hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station South Entrance. The facilities were excellent, with toiletries, chargers, and even breakfast included in the price. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and clean the capsules were, and the on-demand films on the in-capsule TV were a nice touch. One of the highlights was the onsen, where we enjoyed a relaxing bath every morning. The staff spoke good English and everyone staying there was respectful. Definitely one of the best stays we've had!

Very central location, a 10-minute walk from a train station. Warm rooms and reasonably clean bathrooms.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfy. Private bathroom was impeccably clean.

Overall had really great stay for 1 night. The room was compact with personal bathroom. The setting was favourable, short walk to great food places to shop and shopping malls.
